Recently I purchased a two story home with the garage built in under the main living area. After the first decent rain I noticed a couple of decent streams coming from the rear wall. I called the guys at classic and Michael came up with a system to waterproof the wall from the negative (inside) side. While the guys were here I had them install an epoxy floor and couldn’t be happier. I have a handful of Classic waterproofing business cards and regularly hand them out to people thinking about installing epoxy floors or requiring waterproofing.
We use Classic waterproofing for all of our projects from small retaining walls and renovations to new home builds and commercial developments. We have always found them a pleasure to work with and since our first dealing with Michael and his team we wouldn’t use anyone else.
This week we had Michael came out to our property to waterproof the bathroom and toilet in our new granny flat. We were immediately impressed with his presentation and the fact that he was there when he said he would be. He took the time to explain the products he was using and the reason why he had chosen them, he also explained the reasons a lot of people have waterproofing that fails when they try it themselves instead of using a licenced waterproofer. If all of our contractors were as professional and easy to deal with as Michael, our project would have run a lot smoother.
